How many primer coats do I need?

So I purchased this primer (tamiya spray) and started to work
How many coats do I need to put? There is a small piece of
hair stiched to fresh paint. Is it safe to remove it with sandpaper
after coat is dry?

btw: do you use respirators? i tried not to breathe this vapor but anyway
my head is aching after this procedure

2 coats is fine.
Remove the hair with 1200 grade wet & dry paper.

Use a respirator if you are a big girl!
We will all die young from chemical inhalation instead!!!

Please, just make sure you spray outside. The little cotton masks you get at the hrdware store work fine if you still want something else.

Then definitely wear a face mask and open a window and turn on a fan. There are some terrible chemicals in spray paint and propellant, and some downright deadly chemicals in automotive paint. The auto paints in particular were meant to be used in industrial shops with full ventilation systems.

If you already got a headache from it, you're in trouble. I just don't want any of you guys to get brain damage, though I can't see how it could hurt Warren any more.... :finger: j/k
