Davidmmz - the camera I use is a Sony DSC-F505V. I generally take shots either with the macro function, or at long distance with max zoom. The macro function is great for close-ups, but the "back" of the shot is out of focus - though this can look good. Taking a shot from far away with max zoom gives a more "natural" look I think, making the car look more life-like. To do this well you need a camera with a good OPTICAL zoom - don't worry about DIGITAL zoom, all it does is pixelate the image. Plus, where I live in Oz is currently in the middle of a llloooonnggg drought, so plenty of sunny days for outdoor photography. Hope this helps, Pots |
