Ideas for this Engine swap

Hello all, I come here today with a question of, Does anyone think this Unique swap is possible. I have a 1999 Merc cougar and for a while now i have felt that it is capable of much more and a little bit ago i popped the idea into my head of doing a either k20 swap or a ford ecoboost motor into the car. So with that i am now wonder what it would take to make this crazy idea possible and what i myself would need to do and look into to make this possible. Thanks guys

Re: Ideas for this Engine swap

will need a donor parts car to get the other parts out of, welder to do some fabrication and knowledge of wiring to rewire the car and new ecu to work with engine and car
also need to decide on tranny to get a adapter or a tranny that bolts to new engine and fits into car
