spark plugs filled with oil

Its been raining hard and my altima wont start. Its finally a dry day and I try again, still wont start. I check the distributor cap and its bone dry, so its not that. I lift up the spark plugs next and oil is just pushing out. Where do I go from here?

Its a 95 altima btw.
