Altima wont start

95 nissan altima. Been starting no problems as long as I had it(4 months). I drive about 17 miles today to a friends house, chilled for a couple hours and when I go to leave the car doesn't turn on. I was thinking maybe its a weak battery, but the lights, windows, and headunit still come on. I don't hear the fuel pump coming on,and no clicking sound from the starter. Any idea where I should start first? Btw temps got up to about 99 degrees here today while I was driving.
