HELP! Tobacco decals for Tamiya's Pug 405 Paris-Dakar '90 model
Hi
I did some shopping yesterday and got me this: The kit has only one problem; the Camel tobacco decals are not included. I know that Tamiya has made them, but they were not included in all countries Does anyone know if there are ANY aftermarket decals for Tamiya's Peugeot 405 kits? I'm also interested in the original tobacco decals, if someone has them, and doesn't need them. regards, Mika P.S. I'm also willing to trade this kit if I can't get the decals

Hi there,
I'm from the UK and I get my arftermarket stuff from Grand Prix Models (based in the UK). Here's their website: www.grandprixmodels.com I've currently got a backorder for a general 1/24 'Camel' decal sheet (i.e. it's not made specifically for any kit). It is made by Virages. It should be on GPM's website. If you can't find it on their online shop, send them an email, they are quite good at responding. Hope this helps. |

On the other hand, I am certain you will be able to find the decals, did you try Rainbow10 or any of the other online stores? Ray

Wong,
Neither of these have the "camel" in a straight line as is needed for the sides of the car. I keep telling Mika that making his own decals will be as straightforward as it gets!
