Question A/C Condensation on Pass Floor.

I have a 2002 LS 200 with 50,000 miles.

All of a sudden the passenger side floor got wet and then my gas pedal foot got wet. I took off the inside passenger side and driver side access panel by the A/C and water was a dripping.

Water seems to be coming out of the outside drain. I would say slow after the car was parked two hours.

Any idea how to fix my wet foot and floor problem?

Re: A/C Condensation on Pass Floor.

try cleaning the water drain with one of those fuzzy pipe cleaner things or the eraser tip of a pencil. if that doesn't help you will need to seal up the leak in the evap/heater core housing(which may require dash removal-i'm not famiular with the L)

you can also remove the whole drain asm. it is located on the fire wall down low (black rubber elbow). There is a little black cross hatch inside this elbow that can be removed with some effort if the drain tears a little I wouldnt worry about it. Watch out because water will start running fast once you remove that drain so move your head
