how to organize a drift event

hey everyone. I was just thinking about how am i gonna get service hours and gather money for charity while doing something awesome. so i thought hey maybe a drift event.it sounds kinda out there and i bet it is but hey no harm in asking around. i live in florida. [still a highschooler. thinking of ways to get into college :-D also would promote safe enviroment racing/drifting instead of on teh street and shit bla bla bla ]Has anyone here orgainzed a drift event? How would you go about doing one legally? How, where, etc. Wat are the insurance and security issues with such an ordeal ? any input would be great. thanks. peace
