Red face Lowered BMW problems... :-(

I'm new to this forum. I have a 1995 318is that is about 2 1/2 inches lower than it should be. This guy broke my rear shock tower & now the cars back wheels are kind of tilting inward from the top. I'm dumb & have been driving like this for like, 5 months. I know WHY this is happening but don't know how to fix this. Another problem I'm having in my 2 doors won't open from the outside, but are working perfectly on the inside. WAIT! THERE'S MOREEEE!! My drivers side window has an issue going up. It goes down easily, but it puts & goes down an inch every so often when I try to put it up again. Finally, I'm also having idling problems. HA.. Can anyone help me?! Pleaseeee... <3
