Porsche Panamera
New kit: The Porsche Panamera from Revell.
Looks like a nice kit to me. I'll use a nice set of Kahn wheels from Hobby Design to fill up the wheelarches. I'll paint it in Dark Olive Metallic from Porsche. First I prepped the body. Scribed out the panellines and sanded it smooth. After that I started painting. I had problems with the hoodhinges. They broke off several times and didn't fit right. So I removed them and added tiny magnets under the hood. Now it's much better! The chassis is very simple. Just a flat piece of plastic. But I still like it, cause it's very easy to lower this car. I glued the discs inside the wheels and now I was possible to glue them wherever I wanted them. I chosed for maximum lowering as possible without cutting the wheelarches. The engine is simple but still looks good after assembly. It won't be seen when finished but I tried my best to make it nice. Next is the nice interior. There are nicely detailed parts and with a little bit of effort it can be very nice. I used a light cream color with black and some carbon decals. I also added interiorflocking and seatbelts. Kris.

Re: Porsche Panamera
I just bought a couple of these kits last week and wasn't impressed with the wheels and some of the panel lines were a bit faint. But I love your interior work!,that color really suits it!!
