Sudden loss of rpm
Im new to this forum and needed help. I was driving at 60mph and all of sudden rpm drop to zero went back to normal rpm after 5 seconds, pulled over thinking I blew some thing every thing seem normal is this a sensor problem. Any help would be appreciated thanks. 2000 dodge ram 1500 5.9l 2wd

A momentary loss of engine speed signal, from the crankshaft position sensor imo.
If the Check Engine light is on, you can get a free diagnostic scan at most chain type auto parts stores.
