Question Anybody running Procomp Xterrains?

Really interested in these tires! I would like to get the 33/12.5/R15 with actual dimensions of [edit]31.4 od, 10.9 width...anyone had good/bad experience with these or any other procomp series tires on their X. Any suggested rims sizes. I want either AR 767's or Rockcrawler rims, just need to figure out backspacing Thanks for the help/advice.

Is that dimension, tread width? Because basically you're describing a 32" Super Swamper SSR which takes a body AND suspension lift to run on an Xterra.

A 33 that wide is just tough to fit in a Xterra, so I doubt you'll hear of many (or anybody) running it. Plus it's a directional tire isn't it?

Overal width 10.9, tread width 9.9
Yes, it is a directional tire. Why? I do realize the spare tire issues, but that can be worked around.

No spare issue, just get a cheap unidirectional off-brand mud tire in the same size.

As for the 32x11.50 SSR, that was Pika's first tire and he managed it without a lift. It rubbed, chewed his fender lips a bit, but it wasn't too nasty.

I don't know much about the Xterrains, but this picture makes it look like they can take some abuse.
"During his trip up the face of the rock, One of Jim's new Xterrains wrinkled itself around a rock. It was folded over itself and looked to be about to get pinched against his steel wheel. It was called to his attention and he backed off to get it out of harms way."
