ca16de swap for ca18de???
hey guys i got a question..im buying a new ca18de for my 87 nx se pulsar and it has a cable transmission and i was wondering if the ca18de that came out of the 88 and 89 pulsars will hook up and everything to it?...any help/info is useful

I've just swapped my ca18de automatic trans. with a manual and the wiring from a ca16de. I would like to know what to do with the computer, if i can use the one from the ca16de or not. maybe the injectors squirt more gas and there is no need for the ca18de computer.. but there's also something about an extra solenoid on the ca16de that interlinks with the vacuum lines.
do you know how to post? i don't even know when you posted this. thx |
