what are those rims?
what are the rims called that look like they arent moving when your driving?
i cant figure it out |

I've heard them referred to as 'spinners'.

Yes, spinners are the ones that will start to rotate much more slowly than the wheels but appear to go on spinning when you come to a stop.
"Floaters" are the kind that are weighted, so they never spin when moving or stopped ................... unless the bearings seize, at which time you get a terrible off-balance shaking as you drive. |
