Sunbeam Motors

The Sunbeam Motor Car Company Ltd was registered in Wolverhampton on this day (16 January) in 1905, England with John Marston as Chairman and Thomas Cureton as Managing Director. The first new car to be produced by Sunbeam Motor Car Company was based on a Peugeot; it was fairly popular from its 1906 introduction, with ten produced each week. http://bit.ly/1WgR8SD

Re: Sunbeam Motors

This is my 3/4 scale approx. version of the STD T700 Grand Prix Car, built by Daraccq and raced at the first British Grand Prix in 1926. These single seat home built cars are known as Cyclekarts and are powered by 200cc engines. They run without diffs. or gearboxes and can be built for around $1000
