NASCAR Racing Arcade (motion edition) '07
The best game of the world is EA Sports NASCAR Racing (Motion Edition).
It's an arcade game made by Global VR. It's made in 2007, so it's the last Nascar arcade game. It's based on a PC board with a Nvidia 7600 graphic card (very fast). Damn, this game is so good, cause we really feel the speed. And when we draft a lot, we got boost power. Up to 215 mph! In multiplayer, it's up to 240mph!!! When the draft indicator is full, it boosts automatically. In the deluxe motion cabinet, it's even better, cause we sit in a car and the car is shaking when we hit another car in same direction. So if the car behind me hit me, I feel the pain in my back, awesome. Or if I hit on right, I feel it on right, etc. Sometime other car makes mistake, and there's accident that we should avoid, love it! We can play in multi-players, up to 10 cabinets linked with CPU opponents. Or single against 29 CPU opponents. With force feedback on the wheel, a 57" LCD wide screen, and a lot of amplified surround sound on 6 speakers. We can change the view too (3 views). Outside, chase, and cockpit cam. We can choose over 12 Nascar's drivers. We can choose AT or MT 4 speeds direct patern shifter. But in international version, it has just 8 drivers. We have 6 tracks in this game: Daytona International Speedway Talladega Super Speedway Lowes Motor Speedway Indianapolis Motor Speedway Phoenix International Speedway Bristol Motor Speedway There's an update in 2009, so that we've 2 more tracks, if it was updated. It's: Atlanta Motor Speedway and Watkins Glen International. In international version's cabinets in has only 5 tracks (it misses Indianapolis). Damn, this arcade costs 19,800$. It weights 1205 lbs. It has 2 electric cords. One is 5 amps (for computer, LCD, speakers, feedback steering) and the other cords is 12 amps (just for shaking the car in 3-axis). So the total is 17 amps, through 120V of course. So the total power is 2040W. In US version, the total is 18 amps, cause the transformer is less efficient. Of course, in the standard or deluxe cabinet it's just 4 and 5 amps respectively. And the cabinets are lighter. The electric motors are so strong, they can easily lift a 250 lbs man (or woman), maybe more. It has three 1/2HP tri-phasis electric motors. It feels like driving a real car, cause the cabinet is always shaking up and down. Click here to play videos of the game: Arcade in action Like you see in this video, at left you see the 2 deluxe motion cabinets (big screen) and at right you see the 4 deluxe cabinets (no motion, medium screen). In the deluxe motion cabinets the car shakes in 3 axis (left/right, front/backward, up/down).
