2001 Civic Brake indicator stays on

I have an 01' Civic who's brake lamp is stuck on. I checked the master cylinder and brake fluid is full. I unplugged it and the light stays on. The E-brake is all the way down. The break pads should be fine as they have been replaced fairly recently, although I have not checked them yet. Whenever the lamp came on, a few other electrical problems popped up as well. The automatic door locks stopped working and the slowest setting on the windshield wipers stopped working. I checked the fuses for the wipers, locks and the ABS, and all were fine. I'm kinda stumped, any suggestions?

You may have a failing MICU unit (part of the under-dash fuse box) Those are a few of the symptoms... but check complete before replacement.
