Automotive Study

Hi all,

I am interested in getting feedback from people who have had a bad experience while dealing with a mechanic or workshop (I don't want any names, just the scenario).

I am conducting a study and it would be greatly appreciated if you could detail why the experience was bad. Did they damage your car, carry out work unauthorised, too expensive, lack of communication etc.

I hope this is okay to post here, thank you for your time.
