Thinking about buying an Integra... need advice please
Hello, I've been looking around for a car and spotted a 95 Integra GSR. I really really like it but a couple of things are discouraging me from it... first off, it has a little over 160,000 miles on it. Thats pretty high for what I'm looking for, but I was wondering if anyone could tell me how long these cars/engines generally last? Second thing that I don't like, and is maybe kind of silly, is that I noticed the Integra is pretty much always in the top 5 of the most stolen vehicles in America. Do many of you have problems with theft/breakins? Well, those are pretty much the only bad points I have noticed so far on this car. At $3,500 it seems like a good deal but the high miles are really steering me away, if any of you can help with my decision I will greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

160,000 isnt tht bad if it was maintained properly, ive heard tht they run till aroun 250,000 my integra has 132,000 and runs fine, jus drive it and see how it runs if it runs good get it if it doesnt dont get it and keep looking for a different car

It's all about how well it was maintained. Who is selling the car? If its some kid, then chances are it wasnt well kept. If its an older guy who seems to be doing well, then its probably in better shape. Take it for a good test drive. IF the body and interior looks like crap, then the mechanicals might also be poorly maintained. (Although not true with my car lol.)
