Nissan Sentara revving

Nissan Sentara 2003 Help!!! Anyone have any issues with over revving? I have replaced various sensors to know avail. Throttle position sensor, throttle body, gaskets etc... It is erratic and runs high. Has also had issues with losing acceleration while driving. If you shut it down and wait a few minutes it will start and run, but still have high revving. Anyone?
