Infiniti Oil filter vs Sentra SE-R vs Altima filter

Hey guys, since the G20, SE-R and the Altima pretty much use the same engine, i am just wondering if they are all identical. I have a gut feeling that the SE-R uses the same as the G20, yet it will cost a lot cheaper just because it is from Nissan, not infiniti

The Altima has a KA24DE until 2003
the 2003 Altimas have the new QR25DE or the QR35DE

The G20 and the Sentra SE/SE-R/200SX SE-R (Depending on year) have the SR20DE engine

This is the oil filter specs for the Nissan's SR20DE cars:

Should be exactly the same, atleast within a few pennies or so.

Mine are usually around $4.50 to $5.50 depending on how many I buy. The Nissan dealer gives me a larger discount when buying 3 items or more.
