buying 92 talon

I'm considering buying a 92 eagle talon. Currently it needs a new turbo and radiator which the seller has just he never installed them. How difficult is a turbo and radiator replacement on an Eagle Talon? I have a decent amount of experience with cars just never specifically with an Eagle Talon. I'm gonna be going and looking at it soon so is there anything I should be looking at closer on these cars. Kinda wondering why it needs a new turbo and radiator not sure if it was from the owner beating on it or was just its time. If anybody can help me please get back to me asap so if its a good situation I don't miss out on it.

Radiators are easy to install. They pretty much just unbolt and pop right out. It's pretty self explanatory when you look at it. Turbos are kind of the same, just a little more attached to them, like oil lines and coolant lines. The biggest problem with turbos is getting all the bolts loose to them, and then hopefully not breaking any bolt anywhere. Use a lot of PB Blaster or Liquid Wrench and it should be good.

Turbos generally go through seals over their life time. Once the seals start going out, you get shaft play and will start to burn oil which of course is not good. This is natural and happens over time/miles. Usually people just get them rebuilt though. Is the new turbo actually new, or a rebuilt one?
