Substitute Tire Options for Pathfinder

Hi,

I have a 1999 1/2 Pathfinder that has P255-65 R16's....spend! What is a good alternative size? I can live with the speedo being a little off. Will P255-70 R16's work?

Thanks.

Re: Substitute Tire Options for Pathfinder

I have a stock 2003 pathfinder 4x4 and replaced the stock tires with 255/70/16 within a few months of owning. I never had issues with rubbing, even when off road. I presently uped the size to 265/70/16, no problems with them either; however they do rub the inside of the front fender wells when turned hard in reverse. No rubbing when off road either. I run the Deuler ATs. I am looking at putting a suspension lift on in the near future.
