Question Help! 2009 cts transmission

Hey guys I have a 09 cts4 with the 3.6. I’m having issues installing torque converter bolts into the torque converter I loosely installed one bolt then loosely installed the best and when I they get to the 3rd it will barely turn past that I’ve tried installing them in a star pattern but the crank gets stuck and won’t turn anymore I know for sure the converter is fully seated I’m trying to get this car out of my driveway any advice helps
