Doe's this sound like a fuel filter problem?

I added some fuel injecter cleaner to the gas on my 2001 ZX2 about two weeks ago and now the "Service engine soon" light has come on. The car feels like it wants to hesitate when gassing it. Almost like there is something trying to hold it back then it let's go and does good for few seconds then does it again.

So far I have only done these tuneups.

1. Changed wires and plugs
2. Changed PVC and elbow
3. Changed oil
4. Changed coollant

I'm thinking it's the Oxygen sensor or fuel filter. Does this sound right to some of you better qualified mechenaics?

i agree, there is no point fixing something if you dont know whats broke.

but for the sake of more info. how many miles on the car? and if you feel spunky you can manually remove the filter, blow through it ( yes im serious) and if it takes energy for you to blow through it, replace it.

but again this might not be the problem at all.
