Angry Door Panel Removal!! 97 E150

I've removed countless door panels from ford escorts, cadiallacs, bravadas ect...but I cant figure out how to get the window crank off of this beast of a vehicle. I dont see a clip, it doesnt seem to just pop off, and I didnt see a screw orhex nut holding it on!! Any ideas??

For your thoughts

if i remember correctly, the handle is actually covered with a trim piece that you need to pop loose. if that is not the case, pry that sucker with a large trim tool

This is for a 1999 F-150 but I think it will help. He is installing speakers in the door.

All door panel on E150-250-350 Ford Vans has a plastic cover on the top, use a plain screwdriver to take off and then the four bolts and after unescrew them just lift and hold to you.

The replace operation is reverse of this.

Regards.
