Lightbulb for example, could i find the same size lower springs from a truck?

for example, could i find the same size lower springs from a truck? or the same spindles, the car is more of a truck frame, maybe the frame is the same as a car that is lowered more often and therefore the parts would be cheaper. it weighs like 4700 lbs or something, i also dont want it to be scraping on the ground if there are 6 people in the car....
