Glare While Driving

We are high school students currently working on an engineering project. The problem our team is working on is glare while driving. We would really appreciate it if you guys fill out our survey.

You ever wonder why most European cars, and German ones in particular, have a dark(brown or black) matte finish on the top of their dashboards below the windshield, regardless of the interior colors picked by the car buyer?

Hello, Germans always like to add some dark colors or something else and that's why they add, but it also has its pros and cons, in my opinion, these are pluses, but it's also a matter of taste

Is it just coincidence that some of the most engaging driving cars come out of Germany(BMW, Mercedes)?

And for people who embrace the drive as much as the destination, reducing extraneous glare in the driver's field of vision is important.
