attached is another really good one especially if you are also a fan of lamborghini! But either way i think looking down the fender line of the mclaren f1 is about as close to automotive pornography as you can get! Enjoy!

Re: Mclaren Desktop Worthy Pictures and Scans

Don't know whether this is the right place to share this, but I'll give it a try. I just found these uber-high-res images of F1 GTR #010R while trawling through Flickr, and they're definitely desktop-worthy in my opinion. I hope they can be considered new to at least some of you.

My favourite one is the third motion shot. Oh yes, and happy Chinese New Year to everyone who's celebrating it around the world.

Re: Mclaren Desktop Worthy Pictures and Scans

It's got nothing to do with him - it's a global change for AF.com

This isn't the official word from the admins here, but offers a good explanation of what it is and why:

Quote:
We've integrated Skimlinks in to the forum. It rewrites certain links, automatically adding a referral URLs to places like Amazon. It means we get a small commission from links to shops which are clicked on via the forum. The integration should be unintrusive, and hopefully doesn't noticeably affect your browsing.
Just one way for this place to help pay for itself, keeping the site essentially free for us users.

Re: Mclaren Desktop Worthy Pictures and Scans

Rather than start a new thread for these I figured I would just borrow this one since I feel a at least three of them are worthy of desktop use.

From the same photographer responsible for the photos of the 3rd FINA Presentation livery comes a set of rather impressive shots of chassis #044 taken in a studio.

You may be asking how I might know this is #044, but he credited Mr Chambers on the page in his gallery, so that becomes a fairly safe assumption, I think.

You can contact him through this website if you have interest in purchasing a print.

Sorry about never getting that crease out of the left side, still bugs me to this day.

Here's one of my favourite scans of mine, not one I've used as a desktop 'cause my screen resolution is too big, but I think it deserves a spot in here.

Click for 1600x1200.
