Re: Blue Super Seven W.I.P.
Un-believable. The detail is astonishing. All you need now is some fuel, and you can crank it up on a dyno and rev it up….

Re: Blue Super Seven W.I.P.
And now it is in the car, for me this is a milestone. So much effort, and now it looks like something identifiable. Still, much work to do...
I did mention it was going to be BLUE... - Mark |

Re: Blue Super Seven W.I.P.
very nice work. It is always a wonderful feeling when things begin to come together and take shape. All of that hard work becomes that much more worth while with each and every piece you add to the whole!

I cant say anything other than what has been said. Mark, you are the Scale Master, no doubt about it.

Re: Blue Super Seven W.I.P.
That... it... the... um, it's, uh. Wow. I'm speechless. I saw the engine and I think my jaw locked trying to pull my chin out of the floor. Excessive amounts of drool... This build is officially in the Number One spot of my favorite model builds ever. And Number Two, Three, Four...
Honestly... if it weren't for the ruler and the way the wires and hoses retain there springiness, there would be no way to convince me it's scale. Never have I seen so much detail. 2 THUMBS UP! Shoot, ten fingers and ten toes... I want it...

Re: Blue Super Seven W.I.P.
Mark, looks awesome so far. Did you make the timing belt yourself or is it from the kit? I need one of those for my dragster project.

Re: Blue Super Seven W.I.P.
Thanks guys, your words are very kind and encouraging.
Did you make the timing belt yourself or is it from the kit? I made it, it's machined from a nylon zip-tie. And it was a pain in the you know what, but worth it to me... - Mark |
