Smile Dodge Viper 1:24 scale

Does anyone know if there is a model of the Dodge Viper 1:24 scale, plastic kit not resin?

Revell do this one Mand, do you want the road car or the LeMans entrants?

For LeMans, I can only find Resin! This kit is £127.50!

I do know they will be releasing a decal set for the 2001 Corvette based around the Revell kit if you want to do something LeMans!

Unhappy

Dan, I know about the 2000 corvette, I think it looks better with the white sides, but I also want to build a red playstation viper from last year to go with it. Looked all over the place to find one, but can't. Revell do a GTS version as well, any big transkits available?

Mandi/Steve

p.s. Found some blue paint for the Escort, pictures may be required soon.

In a word, No!

It seems Resin is the only way to go, I think because the bodyshell is so different, it facilitates a full remodel.

I know those prices are no tto your liking, but I think they have to charge that as they don't shift the sheer numbers companies like Tamiya do.

Shame! but if you have to be fussy!

There is a nice link to a guy who is currently doing the car from the '97 LeMans...

Studio27 has two Viper GTS-R kits, 2000 Daytona Winner and Le Mans, derived from an old Modeler's kit.

Hiroaki, may I offer you a rousing Welcome to AF!

I'm really glad you found us. I've actually been looking at your page for a couple years now, and I admire your exceptional modeling skill! You'll see, if you look aroung our modeling forum, that I've refered people to your site often to see some remarkable examples of car modeling. I think I've seen you floating around rec.model.scale once or twice, too.

So, I hope you'll stick around and give us tips and critiques where you see fit. And feel free to explore the rest of AF, too. It's big.

Thanks,
Jay
