Back door window

When I try to close the window on the drivers side back door the window goes up and then come back down again and on the second try it stayes up.
Can someone please help.

sounds like the windor motor is bad. it has load sensor in it

I removed the door pamel and the plastic part that carries the window up and down is broken on one side,could that be causing my problem

yea. if something is broken, replace it. the load sensor in the motor is problably picking up the window jamming on the broken piece
