my ka24det start up
i finish installing my turbo kit yesterday and iam not sure what happening with my car...i start like nothing very easy but it back fires constently and if i dont keep accelerating it eventually turns off it sounds like gas or air or both iam clueless
my setup was 255lbs fuel pump sr20det injectors 370cc z32 fuel filter obx fuel management unit fmu q45 mass air flow and a t25 turbo godspeed intercooler iam sure i connect everything fine but iam confuse and tired right now so i was asking for some advise of what to check like i said it turns on everytime time but it back fire constently and if i dont keep accelerating it eventualy turns off |

well, what condition are your chain guides in? if they are broke then the chain was loose and can easily skip a tooth.. or if you had the distributor off at all or cams out, that could mess up the timing. put everything to TDC and see if its all lined up, if not, then you gotta pull it apart, line it up and put it back together carefully so you dont mess it up again..
