now that is a beautiful machine....i wish i could see it race one day, but i don't go to Japan too often, actually never been there.....I WANNA SEE SOE GOOD RACES THERE! DAMN and thats a great car too.

Yea that car is wicked, ive seen it in super street and road and track, its a completely race built aluminum chassis, CF body, double wishbone w/ a pushrod/rocker arm rear setup non production race machine,
this car never started life as an altezza, it is completely built from the ground up by HKS japan, which is completely fine considering they manufacture OEM parts for toyota as well as their line of aftermarket parts, really the only thing toyota about this altezza is the engine & rear diff, even the tranny is a full race unit. what really sucks is HKS told road and track that they do not intend to race this machine and that HKS's CEO, (his name escapes me) just built this unit simply for kicks. this may not be the case forever though, it's performance on the track puts it in the R. E. Amiyama RX7 and Castrol Tom's Supra and building a $400,000 plus race car just to stare at it makes little sense. look for this car on the track soon I hope  J-Spec Lexus forever!!!!!!!

damn that look nice. i wish i could have an altezza for my first car but unfortunatly my dad dont like japanese cars so i doubt he would let me get an altezza and plus my insurance would be soooooo expensive.

yah true
its made by hks japan. started from scratch. the entire body is made from carbon fiber. i thought the engine pumped out 800+ but maybe my mistake. its ment for racing and its one fast altezza. |
