Disconnecting my ABS brakes
I need to disconnect my ABS brakes temporarily. Is there a fuse to pull to accomplish this?
We're entering the G20 in an SCCA RallyCross this weekend, and I've never had to worry about ABS before (my last car was a '90 GTI with regular brakes). We need to be able to toss the car into sharp turns on wet grass, and the ABS won't allow enough sliding to be fast. Your advice is appreciated!!!! BTW....if anyone wants to have some cheap fun hooliganism, come down to Hillsboro, Oregon fairgrounds on Sunday and enter your car (no rollcage needed, just helmets and street seatbelts, and street tires). See oregonrally.com for info. -Don
