nice im looking at going with an amp that will put out 130x4 for my speekers and 500x2 for my subs all are the RMS and at 4Ohms while this equipment is still a bit away thats for my final stereo upgrade when i finish the rest of the work on my car

no car yet, but when i do get one almost all my money's going into my system. i'd love a super fast car but not until i'm older than 21.

just spent another $600 on my setup
I replaced the US Acoustics 4085 with an Avionixx 400.2, took out the rear kappas, and replaced the kappa components up front with focal polyglass components.

The focals get louder than all 4 kappas did, they're clearer, and have much more midbass. And I don't have any static anymore! damn us acoustics....

relatively cheap system i have

sony xplode head unit - $80
sony xplode door speaker - $20 from a friend
kenwood 10" woofer in a bass tube - $30
sony xplode 10" woofer to replace the keenwood - $30
120w amp (all i could afford) - $20
wiring - $20

all together....$200....sounds good in my lil hatch....trying to keep it all xplode....i could use a better amp though

600 on 2 decks, 250 on a sub/box and amp
300 for 2 pairs of 5x7 speakers and in a few days im spending 580 on 2 15's and an amp another 200 on a box and wiring

all installed myself
so about 1800 +-
