Upper control arm disassembly? Press out?
What's the trick here? I have the c-clips off but it won't come apart. The part that mounts to the chassis will move back and forth a little but I expected it to just slide out. I don't want to damage it. Can they be taken apart?
EDIT Per Coleman Tech they can't be taken apart, "Our upper control arms cannot be disassembled. When shipped they are black."

Re: Upper control arm disassembly? Press out?
Sorry...no help here. I always just replace them since they are not expensive.

I've emailed them... they'll probably get back to me tomorrow.

Re: Upper control arm disassembly? Press out?
FYI- I'm nowhere near that point yet, as I am scrambling to get the car ready for a Sebring in a few weeks, but when I tear into the suspension to improve stuff, I will use these as I have in the past. Killer pieces.

Re: Upper control arm disassembly? Press out?
Panoz60, which Sebring event are you attending in a couple weeks? I'm in Naples but only found Homestead on Feb 9th with Chin and PBIR on March 30th with HOD.
