I am replacing the stock suspension on my 1988 Accord Lxi 2dr coupe. I would like to know the best strut and spring combo thats avaliable for my car? At the moment Im looking at some Tokicos non-adjustable paired up with some Eibach sport line springs 1.4 drop. How good is the quality if the 2 are paired up?

Sportlines with a 1.4 drop? Are you sure, I always thought sportlines generally have a drop of 1.7-2.0 inches. I may be wrong. I'm going with a prokit (about 1.2) and KYG AGX struts. Its a conservative drop, but its just enough to improve handling and still keep a smooth ride.

As far as Im concerned the closer it is to race car spec the better. I just got done gutting the non essentials out of the engine bay today. Im young my ass can handle a few bumps. I will be one with the road. sory to sound so cockey. thats very informative to hear sportlines will drop it 1.7 to 2 humm ok.
