Yokohama it not tat good especially for mod car
first brand it was ok , when tires get to 60% left
my tires keep spinning when i press gas little hard
attraction is bad ... i replace with NanKang NS II
when i race with this prelude his tires was spinning bad but my just go , didn't spin nothing

Go with Yoko. I had a set and now I have Essenzas due to lack of $$$$ and I regret it. They suck I wish my Yoks back.

yes, the bigger the rim the less the torque. It takes more power to turn the tire, not to mention 17's are pretty heavy. I have some on my gsr, and it is def faster with smaller rims. you can feel the power loss. On the up side, they look really nice, and the ladies like them! If you want the best of both worlds then look for some light ass 17 ince spoon rims.

Speaking from expierence as well my new wheels came wth the Yokohama AVS ES 100 and they are awesome... of course this is coming off of a set of dangerously worn stock Michelin XGT-4's but still they are sweet.
