Horn+Head Lights will not turn off?

I got a 88 Nissan Maxima. I left it outside over the weekend and when I got back the battery was dead. When I charged the battery and put it back in, the headlights and horn stay on. Whats going on?

Sounds like it may be part of the vehicle security system.
Have you tried to reset the alarm after charging the battery?
