I do have to worry about cooling! But I'd also like to have a glove box, like he has installed. It's too bad he still has the stock Yugo door panels in place, as recovering them in a higher quality material is pretty easy and looks much better.
I've attached one a picture of one of my favorite racing Yugos, the fenders might be a little too fat, but overall the car looks very good.

Both look pretty good, but #1 has a weird grill thing going on. Also as bloke mentioned, the door panels look out of place. I wonder how fast it is.....

Id have to say that peice of junk is just about as fast as you can push it! They were junk back in the late 80's when they were going for $99 per month and they are a even bigger peice of junk now.

Actually Yugos have proven themselves to be fast when you know how to drive them properly (if you'd take a look around the Yugo forums you'd already know this) And the Yugo in my sig, won the rally it was racing in, against such other popular "good" cars as Honda Civics etc.

The white yugo is from slovenia, it has stil stock motor, some parts in interior are from subaru, the owner sed that maximum speed was abou 190-200km/h but he went downhill on a highway. The yugo in your sign won the yugo cup in slovenia, the owner now selled it and bought an skoda felicia kit-car. I knew, becouse I have seen them bout, the rally yugo is very good for beginners in rally in slovenia, becouse it is not expencive. Yugos can be fast, expecialy, if the stock engine is changed with engine from Lancia Delta, Fiat Uno Turbo I.E., Renault 5 GT Turbo,...

Re: Check out this cool Yugo :D

When the Yugo first appeared on car lots and car rental agencies, I got to drive one for a day. Immediately upon sitting on the driver seat and closing the door, I then proceeded to roll the window down. The window handle broke off in my hand? Keep in mind that this was a brand new car. Away I drove. To get to the place I was headed, I had to drive up a steep hill. I had to shift all the way down to 1st gear to climb that hill?! It was like driving a Volkswagen bug on half the horsepower. Those are the two things I remember about the Yugo.
