Fiberglass help

Hello my name is Kris. My friend and i are in the process of building a 1:2 scale running model of a Peterbilt 379 long nose and this will be my first major fiberglass project I joined on here to try to find some advise on what type of materials to use and techniques to properly fabricate the pieces we need. If you have any advise please feel free to post and i will most likely ask you questions if you have advise to give right now I'm trying to figure out what type of fiberglass fabric to use for the hood.

Hey Kris , welcome to AF ! If you do a Google search for " how to work with fiberglass " there will be many articles and videos on the subject that can explain it much more thoroughly than I can . It really isn't as difficult as it may seem . ** Note ** - Make sure you read all instructions thoroughly , particularly the safety instructions .All work should be done in a well ventilated area using all recommended tools ( i.e. rubber gloves , face shields , etc. ) and make safety your priority !
