Exclamation should i buy this gti help asap!!!

i found a 2001 gti salvage title. look clean but engine is slow!! really slow ... because. the turbo is cracked... and the ecp i think that is what it is called is out of a jetta. and it is not working right. to conclude this he wants 3900 the car spedomitor does not work does that mean the milage is not going up. same with the computer does that mean the car the comuter came out of has 59,000 or does this car have the 59, 000. i can replace the turbo for 600.. that is what he will get me coast on an upgraded turbo. i will put it in. i can get the computer for 200 and 40 to program it. what do you thinK???

Stay away... I'm new to the whole euro tuning scene, but that is way too many problems and gray areas for the pros to outweigh the cons(were there any pros?)
