Conquest/Starion Help

I have a 1988 Chrysler Conquest Tsi. Fist question is are these cars Identical to the starion in all parts?

2nd question- I took the car in to have it looked at cause it was making a loud humming/low squeaking noise when i turned after driving the car for a while, the good year i took it to told me it was the wheel bearings, so my buddy and i replaced the side they said was bad. but the sound continues. So my next thought is its the axle assembly/joints. is this a good thought? and if so, i have a six bolt axle and i cannot find one anywhere online. found the 4 bolt though. hopefully its not the differential.

p.s.- i am new to personally working on more difficult car problems rather than taking them into the shop so i may not know ALL correct terms and names.

lmk if im in the right areas...thanks
