Had a fender bender - car now totally dead

I had a minor accident today - the person in front of me stopped really fast and I couldn't stop in time, so I hit them. I wasn't going very fast - maybe 10mph at the most. There's no visible damage anywhere I can see. Now when I try to start the vehicle, it's totally dead. There's no electrical power at all. It's an 89 wrangler, manual tranny, with the 4.2 I6 and the chrsyler MPFI conversion. Is there some kind of impact kill switch on these things, or is my problem elsewhere? I know most all vehicles have fuel-cutoffs for hard collisions and rollovers, but I haven't heard of one for the entire electrical system. TIA
