Do you use fuel injector cleaner?

I am a newbie and don't even know should I use fuel injector cleaner to clean my 95 s/c 4wd Previa. It has 150000 miles on it already. Any way is really valuable in cleaning the fuel injector?
What brand of cleaner is good?

Thank you

Never used the stuff in 30+ years of driving 11 cars, most with 100K+ miles on them. The detergents in fuels these days do the job just fine.
