What Spark Plugs Best For A 1988 Econoline

Hello,
I have a Ford 1988 Econoline - 350 7.5L FI V-8 RV and would like to know what spark plugs would be the best for it. This RV has only 2400 miles on it that I got from my folks, I think that the spark plugs need to be replace even though it run still good and is 24 years old and I do not think that they have been changed.
I was also reading that on two of the spark plugs on the passenger side will need to be taken off threw the tire well is this correct for this Ford?
The two kinds of spark plugs that I would like to us is either Autolite XP Iridium/Spark Plug, or a Bosch Platinum+4/Spark Plug. These are the ones that AutoZone sagest for this vehicle. I have read that one person said that the Bosch plug do not work good on the Ford Econolines. I will take any suggestions on any other spark plugs that would be better for me.

Thank you for any help on this problem.
