94 Automatic H22A Accord Ex

Hello everyone! Im looking for help on the H22A swap. I completed the swap and the wiring. I kept the F22B1 tranny everything seems to work fine but when i plug the P0F Ecu and drive the car for a while the tranny starts to act funny. It doesnt do this with the original accord ecu. It only stalls a little with the accord ecu but with the P0F it shifts weird. If anyone have an idea or advice please inform me. Thanks guys!
