Question plymouth laser power steering leaking

I have a 1990 Laser. Yesterday, the power steering just stopped working while I was in the middle of driving. When I got home I opened the cap, and it was pretty much empty. I got more and tried refilling it. I started the car back up and when I turned the wheel back and forth, I realized turning it to my right was making it squirt the power steering fluid out onto the ground under the car. Anyone have anything specific they can tell me about this, or what they think this would cost to fix?

Thank you!
