Just got back from Hobby Lobby

So i just got in from hobby lobby for the 2nd time this week. The first time i went i just wasn't satisfied. I had to go back to stock up b/c soon i'm going to be buying a house and i thought i should just in case.
Here's a list of the haul:

Revell Dodge Ram VTS Pickup
Revell Ford Expedition
Revell Ferrari 360 Spider
Revell Ferrari Enzo
Revell 68' Pontiac Firebird
Revell ITR
Revell 99' Silverado
Revell 98' Saleen Mustang
Revell Custom Chevy Silverado W/ Waverider
Revell Lamborgini Roadster

Tamiya Jaccs Accord
Tamiya yamaha YZR500
Tamiya Suzuki GSX1300 Hayabusa
Tamiya 360 Spider
Tamiya Celica

Tamiya Wild Willy Jr.

Total bill for both trips was $221.40....just under $9 per model!
Can't beat it with a stick.
so run out and join in the ripping off of your local Hobby Lobby with the coupon on there web site as mentioned in an earlier thread.

P.S. I have pictures but cannot figure out how to display from my FOTKI acct, can anyone help.
thanks

Good point. Hobby Lobby hasn't gotten anything new (Tamiya kits) from the last time they had their 50% off sale. And I'm still working on the last batch. From this list, you'll be working for a long time.

Tonio, I believe the 360 is like $36 or so.

I decided to take advantage of the coupons, too. I've been waiting for this for a couple of months, so I went crazy with it. Monday I bought 17 models, and today I got 5 more. Used every coupon I printed out.

For one of the GT-One models I bought, the clerk gave me the 50% off, and it was already marked down to 12.99 (regular 34.99), so I only paid 6.50 for it! The coupons aren't supposed to work for clearance items, but I'm glad I tried it anyway. It's funny, because the clerk took the time to read the coupon. Tried it again today, but I got a different clerk, and she must have known about the coupons. I just got them anyway, since they were 12.99. Don't be afraid to try using the coupons on the clearance models, you might get away with it.

I don't know the exact total, but it was about the same as what jwillsmon spent. It's a lot, but if I decided to buy these next week, I'd have to spend twice as much.

Here's pics of what I got:

Yeah, I had a full shopping cart, too. The first time I went, they only had one Supra. I remembered seeing three the previous week, so I decided to go back yesterday. To my surprise, they had two more. Maybe someone decided not get them or something. Glad I went back, though.
